Mineral: Calcite
Nice miniature specimen with scalenohedral calcite crystals to 42mm long, with the outermost 1mm of the calcite having a high iron content, while the inner part of the crystals is white (and fluoresces orange). This can be seen on the bottom of the specimen where larger crystals had broken off the matrix. Reference #SM250.
